If you believe content on any Aravind Labs site infringes your copyright, send an email with subject [Takedown] to hello@aravindlabs.tech including:

Description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Exact URL on our site where the alleged infringement is located.
Your contact information (full name, address, email, phone).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid notices within 7 business days.

The more specific your request, the more likely it ships:

What tool do you want?
What is the input? (file type, text format)
What is the expected output?
What paid tool are you currently using? (we're replacing SmallPDF, Canva, etc.)
How often do you need it? (daily, weekly, occasional)

Aravind Labs is independent and self-funded. We're open to:

Featuring on tutorials, blogs, YouTube videos, podcasts (no permission needed; just let us know so we can share back).
Bundled distribution (school resource lists, corporate intranets).
White-label deployment for nonprofits and NGOs (case-by-case, free for verified non-profits).
Technical writing, conference talks, AMA-style sessions.

What we're not open to: SEO / link exchanges, "guest post" outreach, sponsored content disguised as editorial, anything compromising the privacy stance, generic outreach with no specific value proposition.

For contract work

We occasionally take on selective consulting / build projects in our specialty areas:

Multi-agent AI architectures (especially with NVIDIA NIM, OpenAI, Anthropic).
Browser-first SaaS replacements (privacy-respecting alternatives to existing tools).

Response time expectations

Bug reports: acknowledged within 24h, typical fix within 7 days for critical issues.
Tool requests: acknowledged within 48h. Build timeline depends on complexity.
Privacy requests: within 30 days as required by GDPR / DPDP Act / CCPA.
Takedown notices: within 7 business days.
Partnerships & press: within 7 days.
Contract work: within 48 hours for qualified inquiries.

Office hours

This is a one-person operation. Email is async — no live chat, no phone support, no Discord. This is intentional: it lets the studio ship more features instead of running a support team. Clear, detailed emails get faster resolution than chat back-and-forth.
